How to request deletion

1. Email trionapps@gmail.com with the subject "WebEva account deletion" (you can also reach this from the app: Settings → Delete account).
2. Send it from the email address you signed in with (Google or Apple), so we can verify the account is yours.
3. Once verified, your account and its data are permanently deleted within 7 business days, and we confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (Firebase Authentication record: account ID, email, display name).
• Projects saved to the cloud, websites you published or shared to the gallery, and uploaded images.
• AI usage records, credit balance and notification tokens linked to your account.

What may be kept

• Purchase records required by Google Play and tax law are kept for as long as the law requires.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash data that cannot identify you, for the retention period set by Firebase (up to 14 months).

Projects stored only on your device are removed when you delete them or uninstall the app. See our Privacy Policy.
